Mobile Tennis
Back in the day as a Pepsi Mobile Tennis Instructor

I'm not sure what to publish about my passion for tennis. Nobody wants to see pictures of trophies (unless it's Wimbledon or US Open), and unless you play competitive tennis it's hard to explain the feeling of the days when you hit the ball really well. But it's been a relatively big part of my life since I was a little kid, and like Oksana and her dancing it's part of who I am. When I was younger I thought teaching tennis might be a good career and, although it's not the path I took, I still enjoy helping people learn the game.

It's been years since I played much competitive tennis, but I'm determined to get back into it. I'm hoping that when 2015 rolls around I'll be able to post a link to my USTA match stats and not be too embarrassed about it. Seems like decent motivation.

I'll save the rest of this page for all the wins :)

2/2014 Update:

I played in my first tournament for about 10 years, and although I did OK (lost in the semis) I was unable to grip a steak knife with my right hand for about a month. Oyee Ooshes, as my wife would say. Seems like I need to step up my training regimen.
